Return Policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must meet the following requirements;
(i) it is undamaged and unused, with original labels attached;
(ii) it is in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and unopened;
(iii) it is complete and not missing any accessories or parts;
(iv) it is not a product which has been customized to your specifications
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging.
Our easy returns process:
Email us with the below information provided below. (this info is important to recover your purchase within our sales data).
• Full Name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Item name
• Photo of the item
1. We will organise a courier pick up advising of the return cost if change of mind return
2. You send the item back.
3. You will receive a refund minus the return delivery cost, after your return has been inspected.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Under certain circumstances, Kitchen Hut will have to request a refund via Pay fast if the money is still in Kitchen Hut’s Pay fast account. Kitchen Hut will send a credit memo to the customer online, but the refund will happen offline. If the money is already in the Kitchen Hut’s bank account, we will do an EFT directly to your bank account.
Handling fees are applicable on certain items and will be calculated up to 50% of the cost of the item purchased.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
